Purpose
Tony Award winner and Emmy nominee Phylicia Rashad (Skeleton Crew, The Cosby Show) makes her Broadway directorial debut with this new play from fellow Tony winner Branden Jacobs-Jenkins (Appropriate). Purpose centers on a fictional Black family with a deep-rooted legacy in politics and activism. Their world is shaken when the family’s son brings home an unexpected guest.
BOOP! The Musical
In this vibrant new Broadway production premiering in March, iconic cartoon character Betty Boop trades her classic black-and-white world for the colorful cityscape of New York during a much-needed day off from fame. The Last Five Years
Grammy nominee Nick Jonas and Tony Award winner Adrienne Warren take the stage in the Broadway debut of Jason Robert Brown’s beloved romantic drama. The Last Five Years, long a staple of Off-Broadway and regional theaters, tells the bittersweet love story of Jamie (Jonas) and Cathy (Warren), unfolding through tender and heartbreaking songs.
